Transitioning from military service to a civilian career can be challenging, especially with the abundance of available resources. At ISI, we are dedicated to building trust, offering steadfast support, and creating opportunities that empower our team members to reach their fullest potential. We hold our veteran workforce in high regard for their professionalism, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to the team.

As a full-service consulting firm with over 30 years of experience, we are committed to mission-driven work, particularly in partnership with federal agencies. Our long-standing contracts, some spanning over a decade, reflect our team’s commitment to excellence—for their colleagues, clients, and the mission. Our diverse and inclusive team values each member’s background, experience, and expertise, empowering them to seize opportunities and deliver exceptional results.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) led by a Marine Veteran, we launched the Veteran Impact Program (VIP) in 2023. This initiative provides veterans with onboarding, mentorship, and community-building opportunities, fostering a supportive community and promoting veteran-focused initiatives.

At ISI, our focus is not just on what we do, but how we do it. We constantly strive to elevate standards and exceed expectations, with a vision of succeeding together by empowering and inspiring excellence. Success, for us, is not merely reaching a destination—it’s about the shared journey. Whether we win, lose, or draw, we learn, grow, and ultimately succeed together.

Join us, and let’s unlock the next chapter of your career.
