Sterling, VA – November 2, 2023 – ISI Professional Services, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in program and project management, construction management, acquisition management, and real estate and facilities planning, was awarded a five-year subcontract from its prime contractor, ReefPoint Group, LLC (ReefPoint Group), to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) with Program Management Support Services (PMSS).

CFM is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and leasing facilities for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), the U.S.’s largest integrated healthcare system, the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA). CFM offices supported under this contract include Office of Facilities Acquisition, Office of Design and Construction, Office of Facilities Planning, Office of Resource Management, and CFM Front Office, including the functions under the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer.

The tasks ISI will deliver under the PMSS contract include overarching Program Management support and Project Oversight for $12B+ of nationwide “super” construction projects. ISI has been entrusted with the crucial responsibility of managing and submitting the Congressional Tracking Report (CTR) portfolio, evaluation of program workflow, development and tracking of construction KPIs, modeling of future Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) capabilities, and budgetary and financial oversight on a project portfolio ensuring the efficient and effective allocation of resources to the JPMO and the partner network.
