Sterling, VA – ISI Professional Services (ISI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, announced it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Construction and Facilities Management’s (CFM) to provide nationwide Real Estate Transaction Services (RETS) to VA’s Office of Real Property (ORP). 

The RETS BPA encompasses a wide variety of services, including Real Estate Transaction Support, Historic Preservation and Environmental Due Diligence, Feasibility Studies, Program and Portfolio Management and Support, Real Estate Market Research Services, and Real Estate Portfolio Analysis, Development, and Support.
