In support of ISI’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Potomac Center Operations Support Services (PCOSS) contract, ISI manages comprehensive file operations and maintenance support.
We receive, shelve, retrieve, maintain, and distribute physical files at the PSC. We also annotate processing worksheets, manifest cases, perform file requests, file sorts, and file pulls – nearly 9 million file transactions shall be performed annually.
We manage data collection activities including identifying alias names, creating A-files, scanning biometric images, and entering information into systems from source documents.
Over 1.1 million cases will be processed on an annual basis. ISI also manages all tasks necessary to receive, process, secure, and deliver incoming and outgoing correspondence for all components of the Potomac Service Center (PSC). We create and maintain detailed records, including logs, manifests, and tracking numbers for all special handling and file shipments. Over 1.1 million pieces of mail and files will be processed annually.
